Thanksgiving Box Project

Hey It’s Ethan Hufnagle - This Thankgiving Box Project will be the most Beastly project of all time (Ethan said so, so it must be true - what does that even mean?).  Make sure you donated what you were supposed to for your small group.  You can still bring it in this tuesday, so don’t delay, donate today.

Thanks Ethan - lots of Rhyming there at the end.  It’s still not too late to bring your stuff - you can bring it tuesday to Club JV.  We will meet at the warehouse on Saturday the 20th at 9am!  From there we’ll head out to Scranton Road Bible Church.  We can drive you there - if your families want to come you are welcome to drive together.  Even if you can’t make it Pray that God will use the time we have with people to encourage them and bring some joy to their Thanksgiving holiday!

Cedar Point Registration is full.

Cedar point registration is official full.  Due to constraints on transportation registration for Cedar Point is closed.  We are therefore unable to accept anyone who has not already registered.  For those who registered but have not paid your spot is reserved.

Cedar Point 2010

O’Frenzy 2010 Signup Now!

It’s almost here.  O’Frenzy is on the way - we’re planning and getting ready and it’s gonna be wicked sweet this year.  We’ll be packing the busses, riding the ferry and heading to Kelleys island.  It’ll be a great weekend of getting out on some kyacks, tubing on lake erie, hitting up the paintball course, and more fun than you’ve had in a long time.  We had a fantastic time last year - here’s a Video if you wanna take a look at what we did.  Everyone in parkside youth is invited so by all means come!   You can look at the event page HERE.  Download the Flyer HERE.

So here’s the good news - some of the pictures are now up and you can check them out.  Everyone get all their stuff dried out yet?  It might be a good thing to make sure you don’t have a backpack full of wet and now moldy clothes sitting around.  I hope you all had as much fun as i did on the rainiest camping trip ever.

6th Grade Welcome

That’s right - It’s here.  The 6th Grade Welcome Night is this Tuesday August 3rd at the warehouse.  It’s going to be a great night for middleschoolers of all ages to come meet some new people and have a wicked-sweet-incredibly-awesometastic night.  Heres what you need to know.  We’ll be at the warehouse from 7pm-9pm, you should bring as many of your friends as possible, we’ll be having fun and doing sweet stuff from the front end of the night all the way to the end.  So come check things out.  Be prepared for a great time, food, new friends, and learning about what God has for you as a Middle School student.

Mohican Madness Signup

Mohican Madness is almost here.  It’s the first retreat for the new 6th graders and the best possibly way to end your summer.  If you want more info on what it’s all about you can download the flyer at the bottom of the page.  Mohican Madness is 2 days of camping, go-carting, putt-putt-golfing, games, food, campfires, canoeing, and more fun than you can swing a stick at.  It’s a great way to meet other people who are a part of Club JV and Parkside Church and have a great time doing it.  It’s August 21st-22nd and it’s gonna be an awesome time.  If you wanna check out some pictures from last year and see what it’s all about you can do that HERE.   But seriously, it’s gonna be wicked sweet so you should come.  It just won’t be as much fun without you (but we’ll still have a really good time) so sign up, invite your friends and plan for a great weekend.

Pioneer Waterpark

This Tuesday July 20th is Club JV on the road @ Pioneer Waterpark.  It’s $10 for a day of good times for all.  We’ll meet at the warehouse at 10am and be back at 5pm.  Don’t forget to bring some money for lunch.  If you need to fill out a form and don’t have one we have a bunch at the warehouse that you and your parents can fill out tuesday morning.  If you can, let us know early.
