Would you like to join a small group? Please fill out the Powerhouse commitment agreement form/page.

Powerhouse Commitment:

  1. You must regularly attend Powerhouse
  2. Arrive on time
  3. Come prepared to participate
  4. Have your work done
  5. Let your leader know when you can’t attend
  6. Respect the house in which your group meets
