small groups
Powerhouse is the name of our small groups. During the school year, Powerhouse meets on the first Tuesday of each month in place of Club JV. The groups are led by one of the members of our adult ministry team. Each group is age and gender specific and usually geographically accommodating.
The group size ranges from 6 students to 15 students. This small group setting enables students to deepen relationships with their peers and also creates a level of spiritual accountability with an adult leader.
Our meeting time is split roughly in half. Half of the time is “relational” often spent eating snacks and just talking about life together. The other half is spent in a lesson which must be completed prior to the meeting.
